2K confirms there is no Amiibo support.
2K sports representatives confirmed that NBA2K 18 will not provide Amiibo support for the console. But according to the Gamespot report, an Amiibo works by allowing a player to tap into his character’s Amiibo to unlock different accessories, new models and other perks.
On the other hand, 2K also said that the game will be "complete and identical" as the PlayStation 4 (PS4) version. USGamer reports that the Switch version covers all the features in the PS4 version. It also assumes that the Switch version may also be the same as the Xbox One version. This means that the NBA 2K18 on the Switch will provide MyTEAM, MyGM team management, MyLeague, MyCareer and Story modes, just like other versions.
At the same time, earlier this week, 2K released the "NBA 2K18" players. As expected, LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers took the top spot with a rating of 97. The Final's MVP MVP Kevin Durant ranked second points with a rating of 96 . The third is Kawhi Leonard from the San Antonio Spurs.
In addition, 2K also revealed that NBA legend Kobe Bryant and Kevin Garnett will be in the game. Gamespot reported that both of them would serve as a guest commentator for the panelists, instead of playing inside the court.
From the NBA2K18 release there are 14 days, let's look forward to more exciting notice！
